66-46 Lodi Crushers
63-49 Clubbers
61-50 Sourdoughs
59-53 Tahoe Rats
49-64 Devil Rays
48-64 Fishermen
36-76 Casuals
PLAYOFFS: The dRays & defending champion Fishermen were knocked out after the first week of the playoffs; the Casuals followed them the next week, leaving the top 5 in the finals for the second year in a row. As it should be!
The Final 5 looked like a cake walk for the Tahoe Rats, but the history of the Rats is full of finals disappointments. They had excellent weeks to be 8-0 going into the last week. But the Clubbers stayed close with two second-place finishes; they were at 6-2. It was a 2-team race as the Oakies & Crushers were at 3-5; the Sourdoughs were wallowing in the cellar at 0-8.
Then the Clubbers blew the Rats away with a 206-point final week. All the Rats had to do was finish right behind the Clubbers; instead, they finishd last; shades of 1990!
10-2 Clubbers
8-4 Rats
6-6 Oakies
4-8 Crushers
2-10 Sourdoughs
